Hi, im interested in buying the gt 1030 gpu. I currently have as cpu intel g2120(2 cores, 2 threads) and 8 gb of ram ddr3. Im wondering if the gt 1030 will be bottlenecked by the cpu and if it can run games like gta v, battlefield 4, path of exile, far cry, black ops 3, i mean the AAA titles from some years back.

Not to any degree of enjoyment. 1030 isn't a gaming card and your cpu wont handle most of those games.

If you could find an i5 preferably an i7 for your motherboard and pair it with minimum 1050Ti preferably 1060, then you wont feel so bad spending money on those games. That's if your psu is at least 400w and has a 6pin PCIe cable for an 1060. 1050Ti can get away without external power as there are 75w models. That's if your motherboard provides 75w from the PCIe slot. Some oem builds (store bought) restrict slots to 25w.

GTA5 requires minimum 4 threads to run well and Farcry 4/Primal and 5 require minimum 3 threads to start the game.

Couple of suggestions
i5 3470
i7 3770

Please list complete build including psu make and model

The GT1030 isn't really good for gaming. For about the same price, you could a RX560 4GB which is much better, or a GTX1050 for slightly more money. Both these cards are the minimum I would recommend for gaming. Although the CPU isn't great, it should still allow to play many games decently if you don't mind lowering the graphics settings.

It's probably best to first get a decent graphic card, see how things are going with the specific games you play, and then upgrade the CPU if needed. Because it really depends on the game and what you find acceptable or not. Some want nothing lower than Ultra graphics at 144FPS while others are okay playing at the lowest settings 30FPS...
