Gt 1030 and i3 550

Solution
I doubt you will be able to play any titles with that 1030. For one, it's not designed to handle HEAVY games. It's more eSports like (CS:GO, etc). Also, that i3 is weak, and will not be fast enough to send instructions to the CPU. You will really need to consider upgrading your computer as a whole. Not to mention, you only have 4GB of RAM when most games are requiring 8 minimum.

your i3 would be the bottleneck

upgrade to an i5/i7 compatible with your motherboard and get a rx 460 or gtx 1050

also 8gb of ram is recommended

dual cores, old ones are just not enough

a 1030 is also very weak

you want at least an i5 760 ( FCLGA1156, same socket as your i3 ) with a rx 460 in current games
