Gt 1030 not recognized now

I put a gt 1030 in my Dell Optiplex 780 mini tower back in September-October and never had issues until last night. I tried playing mw2 but it was super laggy after a little bit I figured out it’s because my card isn’t recognized in devices manager. I updated bios I went into bios and changed the video output from auto and nothing. Really hope y’all can help me out on this one.

Fixed it. If anyone from the future is reading download the newest drivers for your card then go to device manager and update drivers on the standard display adapter to the ones you just downloaded. Well at least that worked for me
