GT 1030 or HD 7870

I found an Amd Hd 7870 at Ebay (used) for $76 and a Gigabyte GT 1030 at Amazon (new) for $85. As you can see here (https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GT-1030-vs-AMD-HD-7870/m283726vs2161), the AMD is much faster, but it is used. Which one should I buy. Also, if it matters, I will be using either a i3 2120 or a i5 2400.

To do what? If gaming then 7870 as 1030 is not for gaming.

For maybe 30 more you can pick up an R9 290 or 390, which is a much more capable card than either, and will give you room to grow should you want to play something more power hungry in the future. Some are Or best offer, so you may be able to do even better.

Also, go for the i5 or even an i7 if you can, those both will last you a bit longer.

Ok, I will be getting the i5 2400 (Dell Optiplex 790) and the AMD HD 7870 instead of the GT 1030.
