Gt 1030 showing 0 mb dedicated vedio memory

I was using window 8.1 with everything fine then i troed to install windows 10 pro after installing it it's showing my dedicated vedio memory 0 and also my drivers are slso not installing along with that in >display adapter my graphic card is named as microsoft basic display and it is also not installing....what can i do please anyone help me....

Where did you get your copy of Win 10 Pro? Are you upgrading from 8.1 or doing a clean install? What kind of motherboard do you have?
