GT 430 GPU problems

my 2 GB XFX 430 is running really slow.GPU-Z shows 64 Bit interface and 2 ROP's instead of 4 16 TMU's and the memory clock is 533 and Bandwidth is 8.5 GB/s and show it running on PCI-E x16 1.1 im using 314.07 Driver.Why is this happening And is there a way to fix this Pls help me ASAP
My MoBo is Gigabyte 81945PL-G 2 GB of RAM and My CPU is Pentium HT 524 (3.06 Ghz With HT) HELP!!!!!!!!PLSSSS

there are verious make of 430 with verious settings/clock. unfortunately yours is low . Try afterburner to overclock it little,thogh i don see much benit as its a low end gfx card.

you see pcie 1.1 since your mobo supports only 1.1 im afraid.
