You're cutting it way too close. And Athena Power PSU are generally good at one thing: blowing up. If you're lucky, it will only blow itself up, but unfortunately, it'll likely take down at least one other part in your computer since they're all connected.
Good reputed PSU manufacturers are Antec, Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, and XFX. Try this Corsair CX500M one. It's $50.00 after rebate. Not a lot more than your Athena Power one but it's miles better.

The whole system, even with the 430 shouldn't pull more than 225w, but the 300w rating on the Athena is wishful thinking. I think you would be risking your m/b, cpu, gpu and perhaps even a fire.
