I'm having PC with
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500
Mobo: ASUS EX-A320M-GAMING Motherboard
RAM: Corsair CMK8GX4M1E3200C16 Desktop Ram Vengeance LPX Series 8GB (8GBx1) DDR4 3200MHz
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce gt 520
PSU: Enter E-500E 500W

All are compatible or not?

If graphics card upgrade required then planning to buy rx550.

Yes it's compatible and required. Get 2x4 or 2x8 on the memory. Also get a decent PSU.

Coz I bought new cpu mobo and ram.
With these CPU, GPU(gt 520), mobo and ram my system isn't booting up.
Just black screen on monitor.
Computer technician told that mobo is not working still I'm asking any idea what wrong?

The 320 board needs a BIOS update to runyour new CPU , that;s the issue.
