Gt 520 vs 9500 gt

So which one is better, Gigabyte GT 520 1 gb ddr3(OC version),or Gigabyte 9500 gt 512 mb ddr3 ???

Obiosuly the GT 520 its much newer and has double the vram, plus it will work better with newer games the 9500gt is older.
