I have played around with my clocking on my GT 610 1GB that I use for gaming, I know it's a card not for gaming but it does the job done, currently on these settings is able to run GTA V at medium settings, 720p at smooth 60 fps so I have no complaints.

Will these settings destroy my GPU or should they be fine and can anything be improved without over heating the GPU? (it only has single 'Active fan' on it by Gigabyte, thanks.

Solution
I personally wouldn't overclock it, I got GT 710 which is a very similar GPU and I managed to get it to 930Mhz without overheating but you can't see much difference in games (about 5 fps more) 610 & 710 are overheat-happy so I would leave at factory frequencies, unless you want to squeeze every single FPS out of it but slowly kill the card at the same, you can, it your choice.
