Gt 610 On 180watt mobo? ?

I have hp provilion 570 p013wb pc it has got:-
1 tb hdd
8gb ddr4 ram
I3 7th gen processors
Intel h110 chipsets mobo
180watt psu

Will Gt 610 2gb will works fine on this ?

It would work. But GT 610 is a pointless product.
Integrated GPU in your cpu is better than that.

Definitly Agreed with skynetrising, pointless upgrade.
I would go for a GTX 1050TI but its power consumption its 75w so it probably would struggle with that tiny 180w, any possibility to upgrade further that psu to a 230W - 350W ?

Well i saw few videos on youtube & I saw fps drops in Intel 630 then Gt 610 ..... i am not sure if that's true bcs igpu's don't have its own memory so it uses ram as its memory ... should I buy gt610 for stable fps or Intel 630 is better?

Not worth it. Consider upgrading to something better.
No point in going for anything less than GT 1030, but that would require better PSU (and possibly new pc enclosure also).
