Gt 640 vs r7 250 what one has more fan power

Are both the gt 640 and r7 250 both low profile? And if so what one will preform better? I have both of them lying around and wanted to know what one is faster. Also would like to know what one has more fan power. (Don't ask about the fan power just answer it, lol)

Install one, run a benchmark. Install the other one, run a benchmark. Compare. You'll know the exact differences in your system.
Don't know what you mean by "fan power", how fast or how large the fan is does not matter, it depends on the card and chip.
