Gt 650 on a tr2 430 watt psu

Hi,I was wondering if A thermaltake tr2 430 watt psu is enough to run a gt 650 (the cpu is a pentium g870 ).

Thermaltake TR2 430W (W0070RUC)

Thermaltake TR2 430W (W0069) Discontinued <--- This model definitely won't cut it. Its +12V rail is too weak (i.e. 18 Amps max).

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 650 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 20 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) will require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock you are trying to achieve.

If the W0070RUC model is based on the HEC VN-WX series HEC-400VN-2WX then it should have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 27 Amps although Thermaltake makes no mention of it.

On my psu,the part # is w0070.And I'm not going to be overclocking any of these parts.So If I understood you correctly,I should be fine with a gt 650 on the w0070?
