[SOLVED] Gt 710 2gb gddr5 not working if not in safe mode

The graphics card(gt 710) will not work with my computer. My pc is a Hp Compaq elite 8300 sff. I can boot it up in safe mode but i cannot install the drivers in there as it minimises all tabs and i cannot maximise them. When not in safe mode, it boots and i see the windows logo but then it black screen, but the mouse still shows. I know it is not the graphics card's fault as i have tested another one of the graphics card. I am not sure what to do . I have spent just under a month trying to solve this problem.

download your drivers to a usb on another computer and install them on yours in safemode.
