GT 730 2GB GDDR5 good for gaming?

I have an Intel Pentium G3258 3.2 (I can't overclock), 4GB DDR3 HyperX (1600Mhz), and awful HD 4400. Now, can I run GTA IV, City Car Driving, Euro Truck Simulator, Call of Duty 2 (2002), Minecraft,

You are looking at low settings for all these games. The cpu and gpu are not very strong and the gt 730 is not good either.
