GT 730 On Intex 400 Watts PSU?

You can probably squeak by if the GT 730 is NOT the DDR3 128 bit model. That one is a 49W card. The rest are only 23-25W and should be OK. But with a tiny 18A (+12v) rail, you will be marginal. If possible, upgrade the PSU and then you can go with an even faster card.

I cant buy a new PSU right now, I'll have to use what I have right now... Also, I don't think I will be getting a faster card or any card if I do Upgrade my PSU because I don't have all that money yet.. If this card works on this PSU, Then I'll run it, If it doesn't, Can you please tell me a card that requires less power but is as good as the GT 730?

There's no other card that is as fast as the GT 730 that uses the same or less wattage. The GT 730 is a 25W card at max TDP. The only ones that use less power, are far weaker ones.
Btw, was that Techno 450W PSU one that you already have, or one you are looking to buy?
