gt 730 or r7 250?

I am thinking of buying a limited budget gpu.
Which one should I buy:
Nvidia Gt 730 2gb ddr5 or Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 1gb ddr5

My specs are Core i3 2100 with 4gb ddr3 ram and I am okay with a resolution of 1366*768

Apart form these two are there any better options for me?

The R7 250 is the better GPU. Yes I know the 730 has 2GB of VRAM but it can't use it, 1GB of GDDR5 is plenty. So depending on the price, the R7 250 would be the better one to buy.

The r7 250 is quite better than the GT 730, but it's around $30 more dollars. If you're using the resolution of 1366x768, 1gb of vram is more than enough. Just make sure if your monitor is above 900p you should have a 2 gig card.

I use a Dell 18.5" monitor (E1914H) at 1366*768
