Question GT610 Overheating & stops working

i have a GT610 2GB graphics card in my PC when when i start gaming or sometimes even when i am in my desktop the whole screen just turns off and it says that it doesn't detect anything or any PC connected to it and when i opened my PC to see what the problem is the GPU is like fire i can't even touch it is there any solution to this?
