Question gt710 no display output?

hi I have a gt710 colorful and the monitor is not showing any output its just saying turning power save on when I plug the vga cable into it, I tried unplugging the gpu from the slot and plugin the vga cable into the integrated gpu and it works

idk what to do I rly wanna use the gpu but it's nto working, I have used thsi before and it's working I don't knwo why it's happening now
