pc specs:
i3 550 @3.2ghz
5gb ram
128mb dedicated memory
psu :300w
I really need to upgrade my pc ro be able to play games on decent framerates
it plays codmw4 30fps on 1080p
but I currently can't download games because my wd black 500gb has a write disk error when I try to download games on steam,so I think it has a bad sector

I want to know which graphicscard will handle games on 30fps minimum on games like fifa15,17or 18 nfspayback
I won't play heavy AAA games just need to get decent framerates on these games
so which gpu will do that??

What kind of budget are you working with? For titles like Fifa 18, you're falling a little short from a CPU/RAM perspective, so a GPU upgrade may not be too, too beneficial.

To answer you title question directly, 550 TI > GT 730 *BUT* has a 116W TDP vs the 730's TDP in the ~30W range.
The 550TI will require additional power connectors from the PSU and, without knowing details of the PSU specifically, I'd suspect it's not likely to be capable.

From a strict GPU upgrade option, I'd actually look to a GT 1030. ~35W TDP, so should be fine on your PSU - takes you over the minimum spec (just) for Fifa, and would pair pretty nicely with your 1st Gen i3.

Fifa18's minimum is a 2nd Gen i3, 8GB RAM and a GTX 460 or R7 250. So you're...

Fifa18's minimum is a 2nd Gen i3, 8GB RAM and a GTX 460 or R7 250. So you're close on the CPU front, falling behind elsewhere.

NFS though, minimum is a 6th Gen i3, 6GB RAM and a GTX1050/750TI range.
So you're not going to hit CPU or RAM, and with the budget for a 730 or 550TI, you're not going to be hitting the minimum GPU requirements either.

You'll likely be able to drop the resolution a step (1080p to 720p) and be fine with something like a GT 1030.
