GT920MX vs r5 m430 question

Hi,does the gt920mx support display modifications?my r5 m430 can only render,not display,but can the gt920mx display?

ok,so the r5 m430 has only gaming options,like performance,anti aliasing etc but no things like resolution,hertz,saturation etc,and i wondered if the gt920mx has these options,anyway,here are 2 photos comparing

and would like to know if the nvidia opposite gpu(in terms of performance aproximatively) has display options

Ye but one of my friends has a ThinkPad 100-ish something with a 1GB 920 and it also doesn't allow you to choose refresh rates. Also, all laptop GPU's dont sync to screen Hz unless you enable GSYNC or VSYNC
