GTA 3 Issues - Invisible Menu?

Hello, so I purchased the GTA Complete Pack on Steam (was on sale for $12.43). I installed GTA 3 but when I start the game it has invisible menus and the resolution is 640x640x16? I can't change the resolution because the game menu is invisible. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I searched on Steam Forums and other websites but haven't found a fix. I turned on V-sync, which someone had mentioned, and that didn't work. Note sure what to do. Thanks for any help!


CPU: i7-3770 (3.4 ghz up to 3.9ghz turbo boost)
GPU: GTX 680 2gb GDDR5 with lastest NVIDIA driver
Memory: 16gb DDR3
Windows 8: 64bit
HD: 1TB
PSU: Corsair 650w

Theres only this resolution on my GTA III too.
Still game works nice and and all that.
Dont know what do you mean with invisible menu...

I finally found a fix! I downloaded a graphics mod called GTA 3 Xbox mod. Playing the game on 1920 x 1080. Game looks and runs great!
