GTA 4 EVERYTHING INVISIBLE. pleas helpp!

hey guys I am playing gta 4 from 5 months and then its graphics sucked and everything invisible I ve tried patch 1.0.7.0 but it wont help my spec is:
windows 8 32 bit
intel hd graphics 4000 mobile
i3 3110m 2.4ghz
4gb ddr3 ram (2.62gb) usable
dx11

Your specs are no where near good enough to run that game. Even though its 4 years old, it was very poorly optimized. And running on a laptop with inferior integrated graphics, it isnt going to run. As you can see.
