GTA 4 help

Hi everyone, I have a Original Copy of GTA 4 and as you all know GTA 4 need its Original Disk 1 inserted to play the Game . However I don't want to use my Disk because It's getting too many Scratches and Opening the Box and putting the Disk again and again is pain in the A$$ .

I read someone that If I make a Image of my Original DVD and Mount it by using 3rd Party Softwares then I can run the Game without its Disk . So I did but the SecuROM is asking me to insert the Original DVD .

Please Tell me how to run the Game without DVD . I can Install No CD/DVD Crack but I think it will restrict me for playing Multiplayer, Isn't it ?

The only way you can run it without the disc is to buy it from Steam. If the disc is getting scratched, perhaps you should take better care of it?

As far as installing a crack goes, nobody here will help you. Illegal activity like that isn't welcome.

Yeah I know no one will help me with Cracking + I hate Cracking because we take the game from Developer for Free which is not Good .

Back on the Topic, Is purchasing the Game again from Steam is the last Option ? Can I redeem my GTA 4 Code on Steam so I can play it without DVD ? Will Burning the Image file on other DVD will help me or SecuROM will give me Same error ?

You may be able to import the game into the Steam library but I don't know if this will solve the disc issue. Otherwise, yes, you'll need to buy the game from Steam.
