gta 4 not working!

HELLO, guys...
my pc=
processor=intel pentium dual core e2220 2.40 GHz
gpu=readeon hd 5450 1gb sapphire
ram=4 gb
i bought gta 4 and it says "GRAND THEFT AUTO: IV HAS STOPPED WORKING"
NOTE: plz dont tell me to buy a new gpu cause am already going to purchase nvidia gtx 650 3 or 4 months
is there a WAY to run GTA IV on this PC???

It seems the hardware is Ok for it to Run GTA4. Make sure you have your system installed these software as it says in the Rokstar website.

" requires disc in drive to play (unlimited installations); software installations required including Sony DADC SecuROM, Adobe Flash, DirectX, and Microsoft's .NET Framework, Games for Windows - LIVE, and Internet Explorer."

if its a fresh install make sure you apply the updates. making both social club and GFWL are up to date.
make sure you installed the game with run as admin option enabled.
