Question gta 5 crashing

I have tried everything to fix this but nothing works. It keeps crashing and giving me this crash message "ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT". I tried playing on Direct X 10 and 10.1, I updated my GPU drivers, I closed all overlay applications and I set the DX value to 0 in the game files. I run an RTX 3060 with a Ryzen 5 1600 16GB of ram at 3200MHz. I don't know what the problem is I reinstalled the game multiple times and nothing works. If someone knows how to fix this, please tell me.
