GTA 5 error 0x000007b

Hi,
I'm facing this error on opening launcher.exe, GTA5.exe, GTAVLauncher.exe and PlayGTAV.exe.
Specs:
Intel Core I7 6700
Asus GTX 960 Black Edition
8GB RAM
DirectX 12

Programs and features installed:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable x64
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable x64
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable x86
Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable x64
.net framework 3.5, 2.0, 3.0, 4.6

Please help sorting out this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

reinstall direct x 9 10 and 11 runtimes . what I sen on the gta 5 forums and reinstall .net and c++ distributeables where the most common ways I seen to fix it

I fixed it by copying some DLLs in system32 and syswow64 folders.

not a problem I may not type well with my bad hand from years of welding but gave ya the common fixes when I had trouble with the copy of gta 5 I won right here on the forums.
