Gta 5 error monitor signal

Did Simeone had problem with launching GTA 5 as this https://ibb.co/dN4iNQ I get this message and my monitor became black and its writed input signal out of range, I open GTA 5 and it start to loading and this is happend

Where did you download GTA V from that you play it offline?

I bought dvds from store, and I updated it with last version at friend home, Im on offline mode because I dont have internet at home a while
