GTA 5 fps drop.

hi i recently purchased gta5 and sometimes when im playing (mainly happens in muiltyplayer (also when i'm hosting a game???)), the game would lag every few seconds and my frames will drop like a stutter. i tried changing the graphics settings but it keeps coming back.

specs:
CPU: i7 4790
GPU : sapphire radeon r9 290
ram : 16gb

storage: Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid
zalman 600W psu
currently running two monitors both at 1080p
frames go from a minimum of 45 with everything maxed to around 20 fps

also seems to start after around half and hour ingame?

That seems to be normal with that game, specially with multiple monitors,

If you made GPU driver update recently try to install previous version

You can also try to run with single monitor or lower graphic setting, specially when playing online (in many games you have to do it)

What's the actual model of the Zalman PSU, they have a couple of '600' PSUs that are 600 peak (not good as they only carry about 500 on the 12 volt, and that can be split across 2-3 rails) For a 290 you want at least a good 550 with 31 AMPs on the 12volt
