GTA 5 Hanging

Hi,
Last night I was playing GTA 5 through Steam. A friend wanted to watch my broadcast. When I accepted his request to watch my stream, GTA 5 minimized. Every time after that I tried to go back into single player or online mode, GTA 5 hangs at the loading screen, then my display turns black and goes back to Windows...then this came up in the event viewer:

I am using the beta drivers from AMD for GTA 5. I tried uninstalling and re-installing them. No success...help?

my guess is that the request software is still running and may be conflicting. Open task manager and check through the processes. See what is using the cpu.

you mean check if the CPU usage is high ?

My CPU usage was around 70% before it crashed

Action center? No, I have not. How do I do that and what is in the action center that may resolve this?

enter Action Center in the search and click on Troubleshooting

Ok, I did that and it took me to Microsoft's site for a KB Fix and I tried it but it didn't work. Same issue.

what program did you use to accept the request? see if you can go into task manager and shut down that process.

The troubleshooting guide from Action Center linked me to Microsoft.com's website to a specific KB fix to this tyoe of issue. The fix is an edit to the registry to help with the issue but I had no success. There is no file that runs in my processes. It's a one time registry fix.
