[SOLVED] Gta 5 in 12MB???!

So i was just watching youtube and i got a video named GTA 5 in 10Mb on my recommendation and i was like wtf hmm let me see if this works and it was an indian guy and he said to download a file which was 12 Mb and named hyper compressed GTA 5 and it was just 12 MB and after extracting the file with winrar,the file grew to 94 Gb and i was like holy <Mod Edit>,and the game was even working
How is this possible??
I always thought Games like GTA 5 cannot be compressed to just 12 MBs

Well GTA san andreas was compressed down to ~700Mb from 4.5Gb so I do get why someone would make a fake claim like that but 90Gb+ down to 12Mb is just hilarious.
