gta 5 isn't giving any sound and the intro is silent aswell

hello i have a porblem,
my gta5 doesn't give any sound.
most of you say that i have to update direct x but it didn't work
most people say that problems begins after the intro but mine begins at launch and i have nevr sound. validating doesn't work also
i use windows 10 and razer karken chroma 7.1
when i open soundmixer, it says that gta 5 is playing but my device isn't (thea green line of volume i mean) here's a screenshot

Right-click on the volume icon on your taskbar, go to "Playback Devices," open the properties of your sound device, go to the "Advanced" tab, and make sure "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" is not checked. If it is, uncheck it, hit apply first, and then hit OK; then relaunch the game and see if the issue persists.

If exclusive mode is already off, we'll try something else.

Ok, you need to right-click on the volume icon, and then select "Playback Devices." From there, again right-click on your sound device, and select Properties. Left-click on the Advanced tab, and make sure that the "Allow devices to take exclusive control of this device" is not checked.
