Question GTA 5 keeps suspending itself in the task manager

I've been playing it on pc since it came out. Out of no where it started doing this. I launch the game and it doesn't do anything. I look at the task manager and the gta5.exe is starting up then it will suspend itself,then not,then suspend its self. Flashes suspended over and over. Really hope that makes sense and some one can help.

What I have tried:

Running as admin
Updated drivers
Updated game
Compability options in properties
Disabling nvidia in device manager
Restarting my pc
See if anti virus was blocking it (it wasn't)
All I can think of at the moment

What else can I try?
