GTA 5 Lag

So I bought GTA 5 on Steam and when I started playing there was a lag in the FPS. It was like the FPS dropped every 5 seconds. I installed the new drivers from AMD which is Catalyst 15.5 Beta but there were still no results. Could someone please help me fix this issue.
My setup is
GPU: R9 270
Proccessor: FX-6350 6 core
4GB RAM

It is because of your RAM
get 2 more gigs of RAM
it will work fine
