GTA 5 loading

Hey guys i currently finished installing gta 5 and i clicked play it worked storymode and all.. (not steam version) so i had to restart my pc for updates and suddenly it stopped working. It takes me to rocstar social club and loads forever.. i checked other forums/websites tried solutions nothing. Updated directx, and other programmes needed. Deleted files and some other things.

Updates may have changed your firewall settings, check that it's not blocking social club from establishing a connection thus the long loading time.

Tried still same problem, i turned off firewall completely also but still nothing.
