GTA 5 MFAA+TXAA consequences

Hi I have a Zotac GTX 980 Ti AMP Extreme.

Can I do this,

SELECT msaa4x and txaa. And I activate MFAA on the NCP. What would happen?

you dont need to activate it on the nvidia control panel theres options for it in game. if you do override the ingame settings there will be no benefit as your just swapping like for like.

Can I turn all three? Would it look fine? Because there's no edge and temporal aliasing.

In GTA 5 you have to choose MSAA 4X to activate TXAA4X. So MSAA4X ON AND TXAA ON.

And Some people use MFAA while having only MSAA type AA on.

My question is, If I use TXAA ON (So I have MSAA 4X ON). Would turning on MFAA through NCP, Improve the image quality ?

no mate. if you turn it off in the ncp and not have it set to application controlled it will be off even if you turn it on ingame. as far as i know.

I don't think it can be done. Either MSAA (MFAA enhaced) or TXAA.

I can't use MFAA while having TXAA on. Am I right?

How about TXAA4X and FXAA both on? ( In the menu all AA settings used). Would it destroy both edge aliasing and temporal aliasing?

you wont see any real change in image quality but you will get a drop in performance.
use msaa with txaa or fxaa only..
