[SOLVED] GTA 5 Not Launching After i Restart the Game

Hello, when i start my pc GTA 5 launch's but when i exit the game and start it again this happens: ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baWQglPh_zs&feature=youtu.be) when i play GTA 5 i exit background Applications MegaSync, Wallpaper Engine, ZeroTier, Parsec, Epic Games Launcher. And start MSI afterburner and RivaTuner.

Oh just found a fix I just needed to exit rivatuner and msi afterburner, end the RTS processes.
