GTA 5 Not Working / Black Screen

Hey I have a problem whenever i run GTA 5 it opens fine but after the blue RockStart Logo it only shows a black screen and nothing else! I've tried alot of tutorials to fix but i didn't help so here i am!
in this community full of experts! So i hope you can help and any opinion will be appreciated!

This is my Laptop Specs if you need to know it:

CPU: i5 2450M 2.50GHz
GPU : 1: AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series 2: Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
RAM: 6GB
Software: Windows 8.1 64 bit
Display: 1366 x 768

Although it's pretty low end PC, I'm sure that you should be able to at least get to the game main menu.

1 - Do you have Rockstar Social Club installed correctly?
2 - Have you tried checking the game cache files at Steam Library?
3 - Also when you mean GPU 1 and 2, what exactly display are you using to play the game? Your AMD Radeon HD should be set by default.

Yeah i'v checked all of these and yes i'm using my AMD Graphic card but still doesn't work! so please help if you have any solution and thanks for your help. Oh and i tried to switch to my Intel Graphic card but still doesn't work

Thanks for your help well i reinstalled my game 2 freaking times! but luckly it worked! so yeah again thanks for your help and This thread will be closed
