GTA 5 Offline Mode

I have own GTA 5 SC version and wanted to play on offline mode without internet connection.So how to do this from avoiding checking a verification that sometimes it came out(but didnt know when)?It's so annoying that you can't even play on offline mode.I already put in gta folder commandline with -scofflineonly but im not sure that it gives me guarantee about playing it without asking SC to the connection internet for checking again verification....

Disconnect your PC from the internet, try loading the game and see what happens.

Because i already have this problem when trying to join again to playing offline mode and this time i even cannot join to play singleplayer mode cuz it's requests to a internet connection but this time i dont have a internet connection! That's why im worrying about this stupid verification,it already checked verification of licenze when first time launching...

From doing a web search, doesn't look like there's any other *working* way
