Question GTA V on GT 630 Fermi version ?

I have a GT 630 Fermi GPU and want to play GTA V. When I installed it, it gave an error but now I have updated to the 391.35 version of the GPU driver. Will I be able to play now on Epic games version?

Well, what was the error? It's hard to say without knowing if you resolved the error or what it was.

In any case, I wouldn't expect it to be a pleasant experience.

Should work, if you turn all the settings way down until it starts to resemble GTA:SA.

The latest 391.35 came out 5 years ago so chances are you were already running it, from WindowsUpdate

I have a core i5 3rd gen and 8 GB of ram ddr3 and 128GB SSD and 500 GB HDD

Well, what was the error? It's hard to say without knowing if you resolved the error or what it was.

In any case, I wouldn't expect it to be a pleasant experience.

I got an error of "ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT" in which it says 'Failed Initialization. Please reboot and restart the game. Try reinstalling the game if this persists'.
I also won't expect any pleasant experience but I just want to run it on my PC. If there will be any solution please let me know.

GTA V is not a very demanding game. It will run even on lga 775 pc's. So as long as you don't turn the graphics too high, then it will be playable.

have you tried uninstall the game, and then do a fresh install of it?

also make sure your Windows is properly updated.

It runs well in the starting but after 3 to 5 minutes when I try to go to the crowdy area it gives the same error. If I stay far away from buildings, and cars then it works fine. I have tried everything but it won't work. I have turned all the settings to low.

are your windows drivers properly updated? What windows are you using?

also try updating your graphics card driver to 441.66. Use Express Install.
this driver only works for Windows 10.

I updated my GPU to 391.95 and it can't be updated more. My Windows version is 22H2 ( OS BUILD 19045. 2965), should I try to download Windows 11? When I try to update through GeForce Experience, it gives an error and says "Try again". Please just clear it to me that isn't there any issue regarding to my GPU.

well, we've updated the driver to what is possible. Windows is also updated.

not very fine actually, some games don't even support this GPU. When I run Fortnite it says at startup to update your driver.

if your 630 has problems even with other games.. then it's time to get a better gpu. A GT 1030 GDDR5 would be good. Should help solve your gaming problems.
