is this pc spec enough to play gta on pc at least at medium setting

cpu i3 4130
gpu gtx 750ti 2 gb
ram 4 gb corsair vengeance
mobo gigabyte ga H81M-S1

maybe maybe not you will have to wait and see because things aint looking good for it being a good port.
they have already dropped the price from 60 down to 45 and are offering free games to customers who pre ordered so that tells me theres a reason for it. and thats likely its not as well optimized as they would like.

You will definitely be good for at least low settings. Remember that this game was originally made for xbox 360 and ps3 and your pc is way more powerful than those consoles. So even if the game has bad optimization, you will be good for at least low settings.
