GTA 5 Online low FPS (40) | Story 77-90 FPS

I have a pretty good pc wich can run GTA 5. I have a Ryzen 5 1400, GTX 1050 Ti OC edition and 8gb RAM. In the past I used to run Story and Online both at about the same fps (70-100). Now Story runs exactly the same but in Online I have 40 to 50 fps. I didn't change anything to my settings, just at once the trouble was there.

I've disabled my overclocks on my cpu and gpu, without any results. The game runs the same only a bit lower cause of no overclock. VSync On/Off doesn't make a difference. Windows game DVR is disabled...

I have an idea it's cause of Rockstars servers but I'm not sure... And why did it work then in the past and not now?

Does someone have an answer? Please help me

My friend and I both have the same issue aswell, it has to be some sort of update they did because we both have the exact same system and we both noticed our fps go from a previous 90 down to 50 both online and single player.

I do and it's very strange, we both used to play FiveM and we decided to hop on it again, we got off of it because the FPS was so low, even trying to play GTA online it was like that, we both have 1080s so there's no reason for the fps to be so poor.

I don't think you'd have a bottleneck there, the Ryzen 5 1400 should be more than enough to run your card, as for me i don't have a bottleneck, i have a 6700k overclocked and 1080ti
