Question Gta 5 online low fps

I have i5 6402P, 950 Gtx 2 gb, 8 gb ram. I was have over 70 fps in gta 5 online, now i have 45 fps. I reinstalled my game, updated my bios, updated my drivers but i have the same error... What can i do? Is this a gta 5 problem? This problem is only in online, singleplayer or online empty session run great... This problem starts 1 month ago.. Should i reinstall my windows or what can i do to fix this? Thanks!

What are your cpu and gpu temperatures when in game?

Have you tried using an older gpu driver?

Temperatures are 60-65 gpu, 45-55 cpu, i didn't tried old gpu driver..
