Question Gta 5 online public session 50-60 fps, is this normal?

My specs: GTX 950 OC Asus 2 GB: 245 mb free while in the game, I5 2.8 ghz 6402p, 8 GB DDR4. Graphics are on high. 50-60 fps in a public session, closed friend session 58-60 fps, Singleplayer only 60 vsync on. Is this normal to have 50-60 fps in a public session? But why on closed friend session have 58-60 fps?

V-Sync limits the FPS to 60. It also does something else which reduces the fps, to prevent horizontal screen splitting. So yes, get 50-60fps on a public session with v-sync on is absolutely normal.

Thanks a lot for answer guys Some bad friends said me my gpu is trash. But i think it is a good budget gpu. Thanks for help.
