GTA 5 PC - Stuttering, FPS drops and slow render sometimes

Hello guys.
I played Grand Theft Auto normaly but recentlyI'm having some trouble:

- Stuttering
- FPS drops to 40 or 50
- Slow render sometimes

Here's my specs:

Intel Core i7 7700 3.60 GHZ
8 GB RAM
GTX 1050 2GB DUAL OC
Windows 10 - 64 BITS

And my settings:

What are the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the stuttering?
Could it be loading data? got a ssd
