Would that be able to play GTA5 at low settings?

Which dual core cpu is this exactly? And what resolution?

On side of graphics card, the game should run. But the cpu could make problems with its 2 cores (DC does mean dual core, right?). Minimum are 4 cores, if I understand the specs correctly.

Ok. My answer still is relevant. The 2 cores are too low, based on the official minimum system requirements for the game. It might run, but don't expect high framerates then. With low settings and lower resolution, you might be able to get playable results. But the bottleneck would be the cpu only. Your graphics card is good enough for medium settings (I used one myself, until upgraded to better one).
