[SOLVED] Gta 5 Pixels

Hello. I noticed that there are some pixels in disctance and on the water during rain.

P.s I think it coule be something wrong with my Monitor(TV)

Nothing wrong if this is not happening system wide

If this happens in other games and in your desktop, then this would be worth further inspection.
If this only occurs in GTA, there is no issue.
