GTA 5 problem reset windows

Hello! I recently installed GTA 5 from dvds I didnt update it yet I will In a few days but when I try to Open game I get this https://ibb.co/kN9Cwk message and my PC after maybe 10 seconds reset, https://ibb.co/cvzebk and this is my PC info

This happened to me with GTA IV and Vista, but I don't have GTA V on the PC. Try what worked for me back then for your Win7 (making sure to run the game start file .exe in compatibility mode):

Right-click on the executable
Click Properties
Select the Compatibility tab
Check the box for 'Run this program in compatibility mode for', and select an earlier version of Windows in the drop down
Click Apply

Where can I find it? I only find GTA launcher
