GTA 5 problems

Hello, i have a very weird experience with GTA V, i'm currently sporting a gtx 670 zotac amp, 8gbs 1600 mhz ram and an i5-3570. The game runs at 35 FPS on default settings now that i have bought it.

The thing is i used to play a cracked version, and i cranked up the settings a little bit and it managed to stay at 60 fps without any drops, i even had only 4 gb ram back then. And when i check my windows task manager GTA 5 eats up 7gigs of ram, how the hell could it run on 4gbs back then?! Are cracked versions actually better than the original friggin game?

So my PC can run any game without overheating, witcher 3, black ops 3, battlefield 4, guild wars 2... But if i launch gta 5, everything goes to hell until i reset my pc, after that i can play other games normally, but not GTA 5. And again, this did not occur while i was playing a cracked version of the game...
