Ok so I have a fairly good system, I have almost no issues in any game I have played. All high end games. Squad, Eco, Prey, Space engineers, Steep, Subnautica. I can run all of these games maxed out, no issues whatsoever, but GTA 5, on minimum graphics is running under 30fps.

What the hell is going on?

got the game from steam. Gonna reinstall drivers now..... Wow, can't believe I didn't check this first, just noticed my drivers weren't up to date. I think it has been a couple of months since my last update too. I am gonna update now. I will let you know. I thought I had my drivers on auto-update. Feel like a bit of an idiot now. Anyway. I will let you all know as soon as I have installed the update if it is working better.

Wow. I am sorry for wasting your time guys. I feel like such a tard. Can't believe I missed that, after you install GTA5 it even says to check to make sure your graphics drivers are up to date :(. Ok problem solved. Had to update my Drivers, I launched the game from Geforce experience and it put all the graphics to high and very high like you said. I would have been playing on medium XD. Thanks for reminding me to check my drivers. Cause that obviously wasn't a logical first step >.<.
